Fix “You don’t currently have permission to access this folder” Windows 10, 8, 7

If you are a Windows user then there is one issue you probably face permission-related issues for files and folders. It could be read-write permission or move or delete permission. In this blog, I am going to show how you can solve the permission-related issue on your Windows system. Let’s start

First of all, select the file or folder that is showing the permission-related issue and right-click on it. A list of popup windows will appear. Where at the bottom you will get the properties option, Click on it

You will see properties windows, Click on the Safety tab and then click on the edit option which you can get at the center as shown in Figure 2 below.

When you click on the edit button, A new window will appear as shown in figure 3 below. Click on the Administration option, You will get the Deny options just below the Remove Button. Uncheck all the options.

The new options setup will look like Figure 4 which is shown below. Click on Apply Button and Click on the OK button. Now you can check the file and folder for all permission-related issues, this time you won’t get any issues.
