The Application was Unable to Start Correctly (0xc000007b) is one of the common errors that occurred on the Windows operating system. You will get this kind of error while opening any application on your device. You will get a pop-up window as shown in Figure 1 below.
This error happened because of an issue with the .NET framework library. so in this blog, I will show how to solve the issue in a detailed way.
Let’s start, first of all, open the control panel and then click on the Programs and Features option as shown in Figure 2.
Once you click on the Program and Features, you will get a new window, where you can find your installed software. If you see at the left side you will find Turn Windows features on or off as shown in Figure 3.
Click on the Turn Windows features on or off option, it will open a new pop-up window. There you need to select both the .NET Framework 3.5 and .Net Framework 4.8 and click the OK button as shown in Figure 4. When you do this, the system asks for permission to download the required files. Allow the system. It will download the required files to fix the issue.
But what if you did not find it .NET options?
If you did not find any of the one.NET framework libraries (it could be either 3.5 or 4.8). Then open the browser and search for the .NET framework download (Click to download . NET Framework) and download it and install it.
Now, at the last step, search for directX and download it from here and install it.
If you have followed all the processes mentioned above. Then you can try to open the application, this time it should open. if you are still getting the issue. Then restart the system and try to open the system. This time it must work.
